To Kingswood Studio's. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your excellent service and the results of the photographs I have received recently. Right from the initial call I was impressed with the 'can do attitude' of Neil Reid who opened on a Sunday just to accommodate my family in order for us to receive the photographs before Christmas (most of the photographs were to be presents). I was also impressed with the speed of the photo's being on the website and that we could decide which photographs we wanted to purchase within 4 hours. Further to that there was actually a technical fault on one of the photographs and within 48 hours we had rectified replacements and a couple of extra's thrown into boot. I would have pleasure in recommending Neil to friends and family in Hull and beyond. Thank you once again.

Hi Neil. Thank you so so so so so much for the amazing photographs. Im sorry we haven't been in touch sooner but we have honestly done nothing but watch the dvd over and over again! And we all cried like mad watching it!!!! In fact, we are still holding back the tears even now, and we must have seen it about 20 times!! We can't thank you both enough, we had a feeling you had got some good shots, but we never expected you to capture the day as well as you did. Each picture tells a story.
